Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our Customer Support team. We do not levy any cancellation charge on you for cancellations made before dispatch. Equally, if we cancel your order due to reasons on our end (such as a stock-out or inability to service your pin code), no cancellation charge will be borne by you.

We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Opened or partially consumed products are generally not eligible for return, unless they are demonstrably defective.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
